Why We Need You

We’re looking for a Growth Manager—a “salesperson,” sure, but truly so much more.

This role exists at the intersection of performance marketing expertise and relationship-driven consultative selling.

You will be the person educating prospective clients on how SaaS Hero can help them meet and exceed their pipeline, revenue, and growth targets through paid media.

You understand the B2B SaaS buyer journey better than most. You’ve launched and optimized countless campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta. You can talk CAC, SQL velocity, and attribution models—but you’re just as comfortable ditching the jargon and explaining a complex strategy to a founder, VP of Marketing, or RevOps leader in plain English.

Most importantly, you’re someone people instantly get along with. You build trust through clarity, empathy, curiosity, and genuine care.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads and warm referrals
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ goals, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations rooted in B2B SaaS performance marketing best practices
  • Translate complex strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRO, attribution, landing pages, etc.) into clear, compelling value
  • Audit prospect accounts and provide strategic insights that demonstrate SaaS Hero’s expertise
  • Build proposals, scope engagements, and guide prospects through the evaluation and onboarding process
  • Collaborate closely with our campaign managers, strategists, and leadership team to ensure prospects are set up for long-term success
  • Track pipeline, follow-ups, and activity inside HubSpot and ClickUp
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during the sales process
  • Contribute ideas to new assets (case studies, playbooks, webinars, etc.) to support demand generation
  • Represent SaaS Hero with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm on calls, demos, and presentations

Must-Haves

  • Deep expertise in B2B SaaS performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads required)
  • Experience running and/or selling high-ticket B2B marketing services
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex marketing strategies into clear, relatable explanations
  • Experience conducting account audits and diagnosing campaign issues
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the B2B SaaS growth funnel
  • Highly organized and able to manage a fast-moving pipeline
  • Proficiency in:
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • HubSpot (CRM + pipeline management)
  • Google Analytics
  • Conversion tracking and attribution fundamentals
  • Zapier and workflow automation
  • ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management platforms
  • A genuine desire to help people and build long-term relationships

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior agency experience
  • Familiarity with technical integrations (HubSpot, GA4, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Understanding of SaaS unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period, pipeline velocity)
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
