Hiring globally and fully remote, we’re a team of 50 and we’re planning to grow to 100+ in the next ~18 months. About The Hiring Manager And Role Hi, I'm Elisa 👋 and I head the Product team at Roamless. I've spent my career building products at companies like Trivago, Grab, and Visa. As an avid traveller myself, I know we can build the best cross-border connectivity experience for our users. I'm working alongside Ali, our COO, and the rest of the founders, who between them have over 50 years of combined experience in building telecom infrastructure. This mix of deep telco know-how combined with strong product thinking is what makes us uniquely positioned to win this market. What you'll do Own your product area end-to-end, working with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship products that users love, and that drive real results.

  • Own the roadmap, discovery, delivery, and adoption for your area of the product
  • Talk directly with customers and run user interviews to uncover problems and opportunities
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data to translate customer problems into clear solutions, working in Scrum to deliver iteratively
  • Define and track success metrics, design A/B tests, and use data to ensure improvements translate into real business impact
  • Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for new features
  • Contribute to how we do product at Roamless, helping shape our ways of working and product culture

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager at a tech company
  • Technically fluent: can discuss APIs, integrations, and technical constraints with engineers; comfortable in a complex technical domain
  • Highly analytical: makes data-driven decisions, comfortable with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation
  • Proactive and resourceful: thrives in environments where things aren't fully defined
  • End-to-end ownership: experience across discovery, delivery, and adoption
  • Scrum experience: has worked with engineering, design, and data teams in an agile environment
  • Strong communicator: clear, structured, concise

Nice To Have

  • Telco, travel, or marketplace experience
  • Passion for travel
  • Cross-platform experience (web + mobile)
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience

Location This is a fully remote role. We’re ideally looking for someone based in Europe, or works in Europe-friendly time zone. Full time role, permanent contract through EOR (Remote).
