Learn more at riverbed.comPositionPosition : Senior Product Manager, Aternity (DEX) Location : Home Office, United Kingdom Aternity is Riverbed’s Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, helping enterprise IT organizations understand, measure, and improve how employees experience applications, devices, and digital services. The platform turns large volumes of endpoint and experience data into actionable insights that guide IT decisions and investments. This role focuses on the Aternity DEX product, including experience analytics, insight generation, and how these capabilities are positioned to customers and the market. What You Will Do

• Serve as a senior customer-facing product leader, engaging directly with enterprise customers partners, and field teams to gather insights and validate product direction.
• Lead outbound product activities such as roadmap and vision presentations, analyst briefings, customer workshops, and collaboration with product marketing, with a focus on driving adoption, competitive differentiation, and market positioning.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the Aternity Digital Employee Experience platform, ensuring priorities reflect real customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive differentiation.
• Translate market, customer, and business needs into clear product priorities and requirements, ensuring that feedback from the field and competitive landscape directly shapes roadmap decisions
• Develop customer-facing materials including competitive positioning, product narratives, and field enablement content.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and UX teams to guide execution while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes and differentiation.
• Help shape the evolution of Aternity’s analytics and AI driven capabilities to deliver differentiated, meaningful insights.

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

• Significant experience as a Product Manager in enterprise software, ideally in DEX, IT operations, analytics, or adjacent domains.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to clearly articulate product value, positioning, and tradeoffs to customers and stakeholders.
• Proven comfort engaging directly with customers and external audiences in strategic, customer-facing settings.
• Ability to span technical and business concerns, working effectively with engineering while keeping decisions grounded in customer impact.
• Clear, confident communicator who can translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience operating in globally distributed teams and fast-moving product environments.
