About the Opportunity:
The organization provides event and venue management software to customers in over 50 countries, serving thousands of clients and powering millions of events. Its SaaS platform offers event professionals a comprehensive view of their business to reduce costs, save time, and increase revenue. The technology supports major shows, museums, convention centers, performing arts venues, sports arenas, and other unique locations worldwide.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute integrated campaign activities for expansion and new customer marketing programs
• Manage content and creative deliverables using ClickUp to ensure timely execution
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Marketing to identify customer stories, testimonials, and case studies
• Manage the customer marketing calendar and amplify content across email, social, and web channels
• Set up campaigns, reporting, and workflows in Salesforce
• Build and deploy marketing emails and nurture sequences in HubSpot, ensuring brand consistency and design quality
• Manage the social media calendar by drafting and publishing campaigns and product-aligned content, monitoring performance to improve ROI
• Track performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and recommend optimization opportunities
• Serve as a liaison between campaign planning and marketing operations to maintain progress, meet deadlines, and organize details
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS environment, with exposure to campaign execution, project management, customer marketing, and social media
• At least 2 years of experience working with ClickUp, HubSpot, and Salesforce campaigns
• Strong project management skills, including managing competing timelines and deliverables
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations teams
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior project or program management experience
• Experience in the events industry

Important Location Eligibility:
This is a U.S.-based remote role limited to candidates residing in states without salary disclosure mandates, including Texas, Florida, Missouri, Arizona, Indiana, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.
