This role is for someone obsessed with testing new hooks, angles, and ad concepts to find winning creatives.

We are looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to help scale our advertising on Meta and TikTok.

Our brand is growing quickly, and we need someone who understands how to generate high-performing ad concepts, write compelling hooks, and build a consistent creative testing pipeline.

Your ideas will directly influence our ad performance and scaling strategy.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about performance marketing, creative testing, and consumer psychology.

LOCATION: Remote

COMPENSATION:$4,000 – $8,000 per month + performance bonus (depending on experience).

We are primarily looking for a full-time hire, but we are open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

RESPONSABILITIES :- Creative Strategy :

Develop and continuously refine our creative strategy for Meta and TikTok ads, including:

  • identifying winning angles and messaging
  • developing strong hooks
  • building creative testing frameworks
  • researching competitor ads and market trends

- Ad Concept Development :

Generate new ad concepts every week, including:

  • hooks
  • storytelling angles
  • creative formats
  • testing hypotheses

- UGC Script Writing :

Write high-converting UGC-style ad scripts designed for paid social.

This includes:

  • hook writing
  • storytelling structure
  • messaging optimized for performance ads

- Creator Collaboration :

Identify and collaborate with content creators to produce engaging ad creatives.

- Creative Production :

Prepare weekly creative briefs for editors and creators and oversee the creative process from concept to launch.

- Performance Analysis :

Analyze ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and engagement, and use insights to improve future creatives.

- Content Repurposing :

Repurpose existing videos and photos into new ad variations and creative concepts.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Proven experience working on Meta or TikTok ad creatives
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven creative
  • Ability to generate multiple ad concepts each week
  • Experience analyzing ad performance metrics
  • Experience writing UGC-style ad scripts
  • Strong written and spoken English

We use tools like Notion and Motion to organize creative production.
