2. About the Opportunity:
The Growth Marketing Director role is responsible for driving digital pipeline generation across Enterprise and Commercial/Volume segments in the Americas. This position shapes and executes growth strategies, leads a high-performing marketing team, and builds scalable demand engines that directly influence revenue. The role emphasizes pipeline accountability, AI-driven innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize marketing impact and revenue growth.
3. Responsibilities:
• Own pipeline targets and forecast contribution, coverage, and ROI across digital channels
• Design growth models linking marketing spend to revenue outcomes
• Develop and lead full-funnel growth strategies from awareness to opportunity creation
• Build continuous demand engines across paid media, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
• Create scalable acquisition frameworks across multiple digital platforms in partnership with global teams
• Integrate AI into campaign development, segmentation, personalization, and performance reporting
• Use intent data and predictive insights to enhance account-based marketing plays
• Lead ongoing testing and optimization of landing pages, messaging, offers, and customer journeys
• Manage and develop a growth marketing team including directors and managers
• Align with Sales, SDR, Global Marketing, Field Marketing, and Channel teams to improve pipeline coverage, conversion, sales velocity, and deal acceleration
• Establish clear reporting frameworks and executive-level performance communications
• Own and optimize digital budget allocation, build forecasts, and drive efficiency metrics such as CAC and pipeline ROI
4. Requirements:
• 8–12+ years in Growth Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Digital Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing
• 3–5+ years leading teams with direct pipeline accountability
• Proven experience managing multi-million dollar pipeline targets
• Deep experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in AI, cybersecurity, DevOps, data, or cloud sectors
• Expertise in ABM and intent data platforms such as 6sense, Bombora, Tableau, or Power BI
• Proficiency with MarTech and GTM tools including HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and AI/automation tools
• Strong experimentation mindset and full-funnel optimization experience
• Ability to move between strategic leadership and tactical execution seamlessly
• Experience applying AI to scale marketing productivity and effectiveness
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
