About the Opportunity:
This role involves maintaining proactive communication within a dedicated client portfolio and serving as the single point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include managing questions and escalations, seeking feedback during business reviews, and advocating to ensure overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients.
• Resolve escalations related to program questions, candidate delivery, reporting, billing, and global delivery.
• Own client communications, including regular touchpoint calls, monthly/quarterly business activity reviews, and post-event reviews.
• Drive client participation and follow-up for proactive NPS management.
• Collect and share feedback to optimize support and maintain best practice processes.
• Stay informed of all program offerings.
• Move actions toward positive outcomes even when processes are unclear or undefined.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client escalations, liaising with operations, delivery, and sales for issue resolution.
• Provide strategic, consultative account management to retain business.
• Maintain regular proactive communication with clients.
• Collaborate with operations, delivery, and sales teams to resolve program management, candidate delivery, reporting, and billing issues.
• Triage and escalate critical and high priority client issues.
• Perform other accountabilities as assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience supporting client projects, customer service, or relationship management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred: Field experience working with career management programs.
