About the Role
This is an role that suits professionals who value flexibility, autonomy, and working within the leadership and development space. This role focuses on client engagement and development. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying prospective client interest in our leadership development programs using approved systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally represent and promote leadership development programs
- Develop marketing content and ad based marketing
- Managing advertising performance
- Implement structured outreach and marketing strategies
- Conduct professional interviews and follow-up discussions with prospective clients
- Participate in ongoing training and team development sessions
- Support development and provide ongoing guidance
- Maintain professional communication standards in all interactions
- Provide clear, accurate program information to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records using company CRM systems
What we are looking for
To be considered you must:
- Have a minimum of 5 years professional work experience
- Be currently residing in Australia
- Be confident using digital platforms (LinkedIn, Social Media, CRM Systems)
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Be self-directed, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Have an interest in leadership development and professional growth
- Be confident conducting professional online meetings
- Action taker, driven, and results focused
- Wants the rewards of a results based environment
- Open mind and willingness to learn
- Sees yourself growing a team and leading them
- Minimum 15 hours a week availability
This position is not suitable for students or entry-level applicants.
