About Regenerate Outcomes
Regenerate Outcomes supports British farms to transition to regenerative agriculture - a farming system that works with nature to improve soil health, increase farm profitability, and deliver environmental benefits including improved biodiversity and carbon sequestration.
We are the UK’s leading provider of regenerative agriculture education, delivering tailored one-to-one farm mentoring. Our programme supports farmers at any stage of the regenerative transition to improve soil health and build resilient farming systems in a practical, farm-specific way.
We also enable farmers to earn revenue from the carbon they store in their soils. By measuring and verifying soil carbon sequestration, we help farmers generate high-integrity carbon credits that reward them for the environmental service they provide to society.
Regenerate Outcomes is entering an exciting phase of growth. We currently work with over 60,000 hectares of British farmland and aim to expand to more than 100,000 hectares by the end of 2026. The successful candidate will join a rapidly growing company delivering best-in-class support to British farmers and making a real impact to the climate and biodiversity crises.
Our Culture
We are a small, friendly, and proactive team who care deeply about the work we do and the people we work with. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment where ideas are welcomed and everyone has the opportunity to contribute.
If you’re looking to build your marketing career while supporting a programme that is helping farmers and the environment, we would love to hear from you.
