Our client, a high-growth technology company operating in the national security space is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale its demand engine. This is a highly visible, revenue-impact role responsible for building an integrated, data-driven pipeline system across paid media, SEO, content, events, partnerships, and sales programs. Solid B2B SaaS experience required.
This is a hands-on builder role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and measures success in sales-qualified pipeline—not vanity metrics.
You Will:
- Own quarterly and annual sales-qualified pipeline targets with clear ROI accountability
- Build and execute an integrated demand generation strategy spanning paid media, SEO, content, events, partnerships, and sales-led initiatives
- Lead structured growth experimentation programs across acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle stages
- Manage hands-on paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google, and emerging platforms
- Identify and validate new demand channels through controlled pilots and performance analysis
- Build scalable SEO and content programs that generate qualified inbound demand
- Apply AI-enabled workflows to accelerate campaign creation, targeting, personalization, and performance analysis
- Optimize full-funnel conversion: landing pages, lifecycle nurture, lead scoring, and pipeline velocity
- Partner cross-functionally with Events and Partner Marketing teams to maximize pipeline impact
- Develop clear multi-touch attribution models that connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes
- Create repeatable playbooks and systems that scale as the organization grows
You Have:
- 6+ years of B2B performance or demand generation marketing experience in startup/B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of generating measurable sales-qualified pipeline (not just MQLs)
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
- Experience driving SEO and content strategies that produce qualified demand
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working deeply in performance data
- Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
- Proficiency with modern martech tools and AI-enabled marketing workflows
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for mission-driven work
Remote but must be based in Washington, DC, Raleigh NC, Denver CO or Dallas, TX
Salary up to 160K
