Business Development Lead – Institutional DeFi 🌍 Remote (UK preferred, Europe welcome) | 💼 Full-Time | 💎 Equity / Token Allocation | 🧠 4+ Years Experience About The Company A decentralized blockchain platform pioneering the ERC-7621 token standard for tokenized asset management. The protocol enables programmable basket tokens (BSKTs), offering transparent, scalable exposure to diversified crypto portfolios. With institutional-grade features in development (AML, KYC, private L2), the platform is redefining how onchain fund management works for both managers and investors. Role Overview This is a senior, revenue-generating role focused on driving institutional adoption and strategic growth. You’ll lead go-to-market efforts, source and close high-impact partnerships, and position the company as the reference point for ERC-7621 adoption across DeFi and institutional finance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a structured business development strategy
- Source, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with funds, DAOs, exchanges, and asset managers
- Represent the company at global conferences and ecosystem events
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline with performance reporting
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align partner needs with development
- Drive visibility and credibility across institutional and crypto-native audiences
Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years in business development or institutional sales in Web3, fintech, or capital markets
- Proven track record of closing strategic, multi-stakeholder partnerships
- Strong network across DAOs, protocols, exchanges, and asset managers
- Deep understanding of DeFi infrastructure and institutional adoption dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
