The Head of Growth is responsible for owning and scaling Orange Logic’s demand generation engine. This role is accountable for driving predictable pipeline growth through a mix of inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing initiatives. As a leader, you will shape go-to-market strategy, optimize budget allocation, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure marketing is a measurable revenue driver for the company.

You Role at Orange Logic:

  • Own Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation roadmap that aligns with company growth objectives and sales targets
  • Drive Predictable Pipeline: Define, implement, and continuously optimize programs that deliver high-quality leads, accelerate deal velocity, and increase win rates
  • Lead Campaign Innovation: Build, validate, and scale new awareness and acquisition channels, ensuring a balance of short-term results and long-term brand demand
  • Own and Optimize Budget: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns, programs, and vendors, with clear ROI accountability
  • Measure and Report Performance: Establish and track KPIs such as pipeline contribution, CARR influence, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Regularly present performance insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team
  • Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Revenue Operations to deliver integrated campaigns, ABM initiatives, and field programs that move prospects through the funnel
  • Vendor & Agency Oversight: Select, manage, and evaluate external partners to scale efforts efficiently
  • Operational Excellence: Work alongside Marketing Operations to own campaign processes and systems, ensuring smooth workflows, accurate lead routing, and optimal utilization of the martech stack. Build and maintain a structured experimentation framework with clear success/failure criteria
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure demand generation efforts reinforce Orange Logic’s brand positioning, balancing short-term pipeline acceleration with long-term brand awareness

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Extensive Experience: 10+ years of demand generation experience, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS with enterprise-level deal sizes (six to seven figures) and long sales cycles
  • Strategic ABM Expertise: Proven success designing and executing Account-Based Marketing strategies for high-value accounts and verticals
  • Full-Funnel Mastery: Deep understanding of inbound, outbound, and lifecycle marketing tactics including SEO, paid media, email, nurture programs, field marketing, and partnerships
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI
  • Cross-Functional Leader: Experience aligning with sales, product, and executive teams to drive shared outcomes
  • Strong Communicator: Able to present strategy, results, and insights effectively to senior leadership
  • Change Leadership: Ability to lead through growth-stage transitions, evolving GTM models, and organizational change
  • Global Perspective: Experience managing demand generation across multiple geographies, tailoring campaigns to regional nuances
  • Preferred: Experience in marketing technology (specifically HubSpot) or targeted industries, familiarity with modern martech stack (MAP, CRM, ABM platforms)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus)

Compensation:

The target compensation for this position is $150,000 - 200,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
