Tasks

Your Mission

As our UK Sales Head, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion in the UK market. You’ll build and lead a high-performing local sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver compelling demos that showcase the power of Ninox-Lowcode-Platform. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on execution, growth, and customer success.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, lead, and scale a top-tier UK Sales team with a strong performance culture
  • Deliver engaging product demos with a solid technical understanding of business applications
  • Position Ninox to executive-level decision-makers, with a focus on MidMarket and Enterprise clients
  • Drive new business with a hunter mentality and leverage your extensive UK network
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage high-potential partners and system integrators
  • Collaborate closely with International Marketing to plan and execute demand generation activities
  • Set, track, and exceed KPIs and sales targets with a hands-on approach
  • Foster long-term customer relationships, upsell opportunities, and retention strategies

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Proven track record in building and managing successful UK Sales teams
  • Strong technical mindset and demo delivery skills
  • Experience selling Business Applications to executive personas, ideally with Low Code exposure
  • Deep network in the UK MidMarket and Enterprise space
  • Expertise in partner/channel development and indirect sales strategies
  • Familiarity with demand generation and marketing collaboration
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and execution
  • Passion for customer success and long-term relationship building
