The role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Director (US) to support our growing client base in North America. Working closely with the VP of Global Client Relations and CEO, you will manage enterprise blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical accounts, coordinating activities internally and acting as a direct contact. Also core to this role is working cross-functionally to align ReCourse AI capabilities with client objectives, developing strategic pitch presentations, and supporting our sales organization to drive revenue. Must be an emotionally intelligent and authentic team player who loves delighting customers, able to build trust, problem solver, and ambitious. What you’ll be doing
- Build strong relationships to delight clients and execute successful renewals
- Identify and execute new upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Onboard new client accounts and act as main point of contact, responding quickly to customer enquiries
- Support with client workshops, gathering requirements for content development, and drafting briefs for proposal development
- Lead on regular customer business reviews, develop and present reports on KPIs
- Able to transform requirements into easily-digestible proposal presentations and deliver to clients with exemplary communication skills
Requirements
- Preferably has held a marketing, sales or training role in a life sciences/pharma company
- 3+ years of experience in a client facing role preferably in customer success, account management, or sales working with life science organizations
- Ideally has experience in accounts involving life sciences field team training (or HCP education)
- Preferably has experience with SaaS solutions (implementations, renewals etc)
- Bachelors or higher level education
- Technically proficient, analytical and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Confident communicator oral, written and through presentations
- Emotionally intelligent and able to operate independently, goal orientated, self-starter, innovative thinker
