RC Strat · Full-time, W-2 · Remote, United States · $42,000 per year
RC Strat is a performance marketing, strategic communications, and AI marketing technology firm that works on critical missions for the federal government and regulated industries. It serves federal agencies and Department of Defense organizations, along with credit unions and other financial institutions, higher education institutions, and technology companies.
The Growth Marketing Associate is an entry-level role for a recent graduate or early-career professional who learns fast and has native curiosity to build, test, and improve. The Associate works mainly on a financial services client account, reports to the Principal and Managing Director, and partners day-to-day with the Account Director. This role is dynamic and will also support other client accounts.
Training comes with the job. We teach campaign management, funnel reporting, copywriting, and attribution on the job, and we don't expect prior experience. We are an AI native firm and will train you on modern AI best practices and workflows. You will receive your HubSpot certification within the first few weeks of employment if you do not already have it.
Day-to-day operation of HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms: building and sending email campaigns, configuring automated workflows, maintaining segments and lists, publishing forms and landing pages, running A/B tests, and keeping contact data accurate.
The Associate builds and maintains dashboards and keeps campaign tracking consistent across channels. In this role, you'll master data analytics and marketing attribution across the full marketing funnel.
Backing up the Account Director across several concurrent campaigns is a core part of the role: setup and quality checks, client-ready reporting, status updates, and follow-through on details.
Writing spans email, web, social, and long-form content, and extends to planning and publishing of content across web CMS platforms and potentially social media accounts.

We hire for trainability, initiative, and follow-through. This role suits a person who works out unfamiliar software without a walkthrough, keeps going when the answer is not obvious, and likes building things. We are looking for the ambitious, the bold, and the consistent people who know how to show up every day and take small steps forward to achieve lofty, ambitious goals in their life.
RC Strat is fully remote, with a flexible schedule and a high-trust management style. Associates receive ownership early, and we measure by the quality and timeliness of the work, not hours logged. The firm values high-agency people: big thinkers, ambitious creators, and people who enjoy building.
$42,000 per year, W-2, Health insurance, retirement plans, and other employer-sponsored benefits are not offered.
- In place of a benefits package, RC Strat offers fully remote work, a flexible schedule, a high degree of autonomy, and client work with national reach.
