Google Ads Strategist

We are a $25M+ revenue, 100+ employee brand with 20+ years in market, selling across DTC websites and major marketplaces. We’re hiring a Google Ads Strategist to join our ecommerce team and take ownership of high-impact PPC performance across multiple brands.

You’ll manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, using data and testing to improve ROAS, drive revenue growth, and strengthen brand visibility across our digital channels.

What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) across multiple brands
• Analyze campaign performance and refine targeting, bidding, and budget allocation
• Run ongoing testing to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROI
• Collaborate with ecommerce and marketing teams to align PPC with broader strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on Google Ads experience in ecommerce/PPC roles
• Data-driven operator with deep analytics and optimization skills
• Experience improving campaign performance through testing and iteration
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
