About the Role

We are seeking a self motivated, independent and commercially driven Business Development Executive to accelerate growth of our portfolio offerings across wider market segments. This role will focus on identifying new market opportunities, social media marketing and advertising campaigns, qualification, and client relationships. You will be supported by our senior leadership to sell the products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business and market development strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across ideal customer profiles, target industries and segments
  • Lead marketing and advertising campaigns across social media platforms
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
  • Lead disciplined prospecting, qualification, pipeline management through to order
  • booking via our CRM platform
  • Collaborate with support teams to respond to Q&A and onboarding follow-ups

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in business development or sales (e.g., retail, consulting, legal, accounting, or advisory)
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to close high-value deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing sales cycles and multiple client engagements
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance tracking
