About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring Question Beauty campaigns to life. You’ll sit at the heart of our marketing engine - supporting campaign launches, managing creator partnerships, and ensuring every post, brief, and deliverable is perfectly aligned and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & UGC Coordination: Facilitate communications, gifting, and deliverables with creators worldwide. Track performance and maintain relationships with top UGC talent and influencer partners.

Campaign Support & Coordination: Assist with planning and execution of product launches, paid campaigns, and seasonal activations. Collaborate across creative, design, and paid media teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Organic Social Support: Help schedule, publish, and report on daily social content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for our community of nearly 500,000 followers. Identify emerging trends and content opportunities.

Design & Agency Comms: Liaise with design partners, content creators, and agencies to ensure deliverables meet brand standards, are properly organised, and filed for future use.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, influencer, or social media coordination
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Confident using tools like Later, ClickUp, Trello, or similar scheduling/project-management software
• A proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment
• Self-starter with initiative, someone who can bring ideas, not just execute them
• Beauty or ecommerce industry experience preferred
• A genuine passion for makeup, beauty and social media is non-negotiable
