Company Description We're a lifecycle email marketing agency working with 7–9 figure Shopify brands. We run in tight "pods" — Account Manager, Copywriter, Designer, and Klaviyo Technician — built to move fast and drive revenue. Collaborative, human-first, no fluff.

Role Description

Full-time, remote. EST preferred.

The Account Manager leads 5–7 client accounts as the primary client contact and internal pod driver. You own the relationship, the calendar, and account performance. Technical execution is handled by the technician — your job is strategy, communication, and keeping everything on track.

You'll manage daily client comms via Slack, build monthly campaign calendars in Airtable, coordinate across copy/design/tech, QA everything before it goes live, and deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting. You'll think in lifecycle gaps, flow priorities, and test opportunities — not just task lists.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in account management or client success, preferably in digital marketing or an agency
  • Solid understanding of email marketing (flows, segmentation, campaigns, A/B testing)
  • Strong communicator — written, verbal, and client-facing
  • Highly organized; comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Experience with Airtable, Asana, or similar PM tools
  • Klaviyo familiarity is a strong asset
  • E-commerce or DTC background is a plus
  • EST time zone preferred; core EST hours availability required
