About the Role:
We are recruiting for a Marketing & Campaigns Executive to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing & Campaigns Manager, Copywriter, and wider teams, you will play a key role in turning strategy into action, ensuring campaigns are delivered with pace, quality, and measurable impact. This role works across multiple business functions and audiences, partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive engagement and support strategic objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys hands-on campaign delivery, content creation, and coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Campaign Planning & Delivery
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and campaign assets to ensure successful delivery within agreed deadlines and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and support reporting on outcomes, insights, and engagement metrics.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and brand standards across all campaign activity.
- Work closely with project management teams to track milestones, identify risks, and maintain campaign momentum.
Content & Materials Production
- Produce high-quality marketing materials to support campaigns, initiatives, and events.
- Coordinate the production and delivery of printed marketing collateral.
- Support the creation, adaptation, and distribution of campaign assets across online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with content and copywriting teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate, engaging, and delivered on time.
Digital Marketing
- Assist in managing social media channels, including content scheduling and engagement monitoring.
- Support SEO, PPC, email marketing, and wider digital marketing activities.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Support digital campaign execution and optimisation across multiple platforms.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Support the management of external agencies and suppliers, ensuring briefs and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments, external partners, and agencies to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
- Build positive working relationships with stakeholders to ensure campaign objectives are achieved.
Key Skills and Experience:Essential:
- Experience in a marketing, communications, or campaign delivery role.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear, engaging marketing communications and materials.
- Good understanding of digital and offline marketing channels.
- Basic design or content production skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or HubSpot.
- Experience using reporting tools and dashboards, including Power BI.
- Knowledge of project management platforms such as MS Planner, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
- Experience working with or managing external agencies.
- Exposure to campaign delivery across international or multi-regional environments.
- Experience within membership organisations, professional bodies, training providers, or similar sectors.
