The Web Growth team is looking for a growth-obsessed Web Conversion Optimization Manager to turn visitor data into business revenue. We sit at the intersection of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Personalization, and Conversion to ensure that every visitor is met with a high-relevance experience that drives them toward action.
Your primary objective is to increase qualified leads and self-serve sign-ups by leading a high-velocity experimentation program. We are looking for a pragmatic, AI-literate operator who uses experimentation as a high-speed vehicle to identify friction, validate insights, and ship impactful changes. You will be the engine of this process: identifying opportunities in Adobe Analytics, using Google Gemini to accelerate your creativity, and partnering with Web Production and Marketing Operations (MOPs) to launch experiments in Adobe Target. You will also work with Web Production to roll out winning experiences to our web users.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Experimentation Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end conversion roadmap. You are responsible for identifying friction points, developing high-impact hypotheses, and designing the test plans that move the needle on our core KPIs.
- Drive Leads & Sign-ups: Use A/B and multivariate testing as your primary tool to maximize self-serve conversions and enterprise lead flow. You focus on "big swings" that drive growth rather than incremental changes.
- Analyze and Iterate for Growth: Evaluate test results to extract insights and determine the next best step for the visitor journey. You use these findings to fuel an iterative cycle of new test ideas, ensuring that every experiment contributes to a continuous engine of growth and learning.
- Adobe Target Strategy and Execution: Maintain a deep understanding of Adobe Target capabilities to effectively brief MOPs on easy or complex test setups. While you partner with execution teams for most tests, you have the expertise to personally configure high-urgency experiments when necessary.
- AI-Augmented Optimization: Leverage Google Gemini to synthesize complex data, draft high-converting copy variants, and brainstorm solutions to user friction that traditional analysis might miss.
- Data Synthesis & Insights: Deep-dive into Adobe Analytics to uncover where the funnel is leaking. You turn these numbers into actionable stories and briefs that clearly communicate "the why" to stakeholders.
- Strategic Briefing & Collaboration: You provide the "blueprint" for success. You will draft the creative and technical briefs used by:
- Web Production: To build pages and components using our CMS building blocks.
- Marketing Operations (MOPs): To configure, QA, and launch experiments within Adobe Target.
- Growth Integration: Partner with our AEO and Personalization leads to ensure that landing page experiences are optimized for new AI search discovery patterns and key visitor segments.
- Roadmap Management: Prioritize the experimentation backlog in Jira, balancing business impact, strategic alignment, and velocity.
Candidate profile
- The Growth Operator: 5+ years of experience in Web Optimization, Growth, or Performance Marketing. You have a proven track record of driving measurable increases in leads and sign-ups.
- Experimentation Expert: You know how to run a great experiment. You understand hypothesis construction, test rigor, and audience segmentation, but you value business results over academic perfection.
- AI-Native Workflow: You are highly literate in AI (Gemini, etc.) and use it as a force-multiplier to work faster, write better, and think more creatively.
- Analytical Rigor: You are a power user of Adobe Analytics. You can navigate complex data environments to find the insights that lead to the next winning test.
- Master of the Brief: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can translate a complex growth idea into a simple, executable brief for Production and MOPs teams.
- Collaborative Mindset: You enjoy working in a specialized ecosystem. You are comfortable not "owning" the code or the platform settings, instead influencing outcomes through excellent strategy and partnership.
- Segment-Aware: You understand that relevancy is the key to conversion. You think naturally about how to tailor experiences for different industries, personas, and intent signals.
