Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (EST hours required)

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

Start Date: March 16, 2026

Duration: 12+ month contract

Compensation: $60–$66/hour (W2)

This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to drive qualified leads and customer acquisition for early-stage startups participating in a global startup partnership program. This individual will own scalable, one-to-many demand generation campaigns and partner closely with Business Development Managers supporting venture capital firms, accelerators, and incubators primarily across Europe.

This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives in execution, enjoys building campaigns end-to-end, and is comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup-focused environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Drive qualified leads and customer acquisition within the assigned region
  • Own and execute scalable, one-to-many demand generation campaigns targeting early-stage startups
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns, including:
  • Large-scale webinars
  • Email marketing campaigns to startup prospect databases
  • Partner and newsletter sponsorship campaigns
  • Digital campaigns (primarily email, organic, and partner-driven; light paid media)

Campaign Strategy & Development

  • Develop creative, data-driven campaign ideas to increase awareness and adoption of the startup partnership program
  • Optimize messaging, landing pages, and conversion paths to improve performance
  • Build and manage landing pages, email workflows, and automation directly within a marketing automation platform

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Business Development Managers managing VC, accelerator, and incubator relationships
  • Support Europe-based stakeholders and maintain schedule flexibility to enable time zone overlap
  • Collaborate across marketing, partnerships, and regional teams to execute campaigns successfully

Required QualificationsExperience

  • 5–8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or partner marketing
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong hands-on experience as an individual contributor executing campaigns end-to-end
  • Familiarity with startup ecosystems and early-stage company dynamics

Functional Skills

  • Proven demand generation experience driving pipeline and customer growth
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, partner, and digital distribution)
  • Ability to independently plan and execute webinars
  • Partner marketing experience, ideally working with VCs, accelerators, or startup partners
  • Strong understanding of conversion best practices, including messaging, landing pages, and CTAs

Tools & Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform (required)
  • Experience with webinar platforms such as Zoom or similar tools

Soft Skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven
  • Creative problem solver with strong campaign ideation skills
  • Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong collaborator comfortable working across teams and time zones
  • Positive, proactive, and flexible mindset
  • Ability to work EST hours with early start time to support Europe-based teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience marketing to startup audiences
  • Affiliate or partner channel marketing experience
  • Experience building landing pages and working within CMS platforms
  • Exposure to paid media campaigns
