Platform28 is a leader in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions, trusted by government agencies and enterprises to deliver secure, reliable, and highly customizable communications infrastructure. As we grow and expand our presence in key verticals, we’re hiring a Marketing Manager to own and execute our marketing efforts from strategy to implementation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social channels.
• Create compelling content (such as one-pagers, case studies, and sales decks) that shows how we use AI to solve real-world communication challenges.
• Manage and update our website to ensure our AI-driven capabilities are effectively showcased.
• Support product launches, announcements, and our presence at conferences.
• Conduct targeted outreach (e.g., on LinkedIn, Government Technology channels, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results.
• Collaborate with the CEO and customer-facing teams to develop the brand's voice and messaging.
• Oversee external vendors and freelancers (like designers, web developers, PR firms) to ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and align with our brand.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience working independently or within small, fast-moving teams.
• Highly organized, versatile, and self-motivated.
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Ability to interview subject matter experts and translate technical content into clear value messaging.
• Bonus: experience in telecom, CCaaS, GovTech, or compliance-driven industries.
