At Petite Keep, we believe in creating meaningful, heirloom-quality pieces that celebrate life’s most cherished moments. As a fast-growing, customer-obsessed brand, we are passionate about thoughtful design, storytelling, and community. We value creativity, collaboration, and purpose — and at Petite Keep, your voice matters. Your work will directly shape how we connect with our customers and the stories we tell.

Our Petite Keep Core Values:

  • Customer Obsessed, always.
  • Be curious, grow every day
  • Optimistic, high energy
  • Own the outcome
  • Dedicated to *the details*

Role Overview:

The Brand Manager serves as a key connector within the Petite Keep ecosystem — supporting the Senior Director of Brand across product development, partnerships, and brand operations. This role ensures projects move forward on time, teams stay aligned, and every touchpoint reflects the PK brand to its core.

The ideal candidate combines project management precision with a strong sense of brand voice and copywriting excellence. They are proactive, organized, and deeply committed to ensuring all marketing efforts feel authentic, cohesive, and elevated.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership and Collaboration Management

  • Act as day-to-day project manager for brand collaborations — owning rollout timelines, coordinating meetings, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Maintain seamless communication between partners and internal teams to uphold alignment on deliverables, timelines, and brand standards.
  • Work with Director of Brand to prepare internal briefs, marketing term sheets, and launch recaps to measure results and share key learnings.
  • Ensure all external messaging, visuals, and copy reflect Petite Keep’s voice, values, and aesthetic integrity.

PR and Brand Visibility

  • Support public relations initiatives and media outreach to strengthen Petite Keep’s visibility and reputation.
  • Draft and refine copy for press releases, influencer communications, and brand messaging — ensuring consistency in tone and storytelling.
  • Identify and pursue timely PR opportunities aligned with product launches and brand moments.
  • Track and report on press coverage and brand awareness efforts.

Brand Consistency and Copywriting

  • Serve as a guardian of the Petite Keep brand — ensuring all written and visual materials align with our tone, values, and aesthetic.
  • Support writing brand copy across marketing channels via campaign briefs
  • Support the Senior Director of Brand in maintaining brand standards across all communications and ensuring cohesive messaging across departments.
  • Assist in the rollout of marketing assets, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and timeliness across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Design, Visual Communication, or Luxury Brand Management a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or project management — ideally within a DTC, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brand.
  • Proven success managing timelines, coordinating across teams, and driving complex projects to completion.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to craft clear, on-brand copy that reflects PK’s voice and values.
  • Deep understanding of brand storytelling and a meticulous “brand guardian” mindset.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and design platforms (ex. Monday, Google Workspace, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

The PK Career Experience:

  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 10 paid holidays
  • Annual Petite Keep product allowance + employee discount
  • Monthly Wellness Stipend
  • $1,000 Educational Stipend
  • Employer-paid month long sabbatical after 5 years served
