OutScout is partnered with a payroll FinTech company looking to fill a Growth Marketing Manager position to accelerate their self-serve go-to-market motion.

Their platform simplifies household payroll and taxes for families employing nannies, housekeepers, and other caregivers, making it affordable, easy, and stress-free. They handle complex processes like tax filings, payments, and compliance through a user-friendly, reliable, and transparent platform.

They recently raised a $50M funding round from Spectrum Equity.

This person will report to the Head of Marketing and will play a critical role in optimizing our conversion funnels, improving customer acquisition, and driving scalable growth through a data-driven approach. You will manage digital channels, specifically our affiliate marketing program, and also support across marketing analytics, marketing ops, and conversion rate optimization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow our affiliate marketing program, using the Impact platform.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests on landing pages, lead forms, and marketing automation flows to optimize performance.
  • Manage and optimize our martech stack (Hubspot, Webflow, VWO, GA4) to ensure seamless marketing operations and automation.
  • Build dashboards and track performance across various channels and cohorts using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other relevant tools to measure and improve effectiveness.
  • Experiment with new marketing channels and manage existing agency relationships.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations in a B2C or B2SMB environment.
  • Deep understanding of growth strategies, user acquisition, and lead-nurturing tactics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing one or more paid media channels.
  • Experience in building dashboards and tracking performance across marketing channels and customer cohorts.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset, hunger for growth.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in the payroll, fintech, or B2C services space.

Comp: 90-100k base salary + benefits
