We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Creative Director to join our team. In this unique solo-contributor role, you will serve as both the strategic visionary and the lead executor for our digital marketing assets. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing creative assets across programmatic display, video, and social media channels. You must possess an exceptional creative eye for marketing while retaining the technical skill sets required to adjust, edit, and finalize creatives yourself. You will work closely with media buying teams to ensure our creative output not only looks stunning but also drives measurable business impact and user engagement. This is a heavily hands-on role that requires being involved in the day-to-day of creative building, not just a managerial or oversight position. The candidate must be willing and able to personally create, edit, and iterate on creative assets daily. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Creative Leadership: Develop and own the creative vision for digital marketing campaigns across the portfolio. You will translate complex business objectives into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our diverse global audience.
  • Hands-On Asset Creation & Adjustment: Actively design, edit, and iterate on creative assets. You will utilize industry-standard design and video editing tools to produce high-quality programmatic display banners, short-form video content (if needed), and social media creatives.
  • Digital Marketing Integration: Leverage a deep understanding of digital marketing principles to craft assets specifically tailored for programmatic ecosystems, performance marketing, and social media algorithms. You will ensure all creatives are optimized for conversion, click-through rates, and brand lift.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with performance marketers. You will use performance data and A/B testing insights to inform creative adjustments and continuous optimization.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all creative output adheres to the rigorous brand guidelines while continuously pushing the boundaries of innovative design. You will act as a brand champion, maintaining consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Agile Execution: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly pivoting between strategic ideation and tactical execution as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or senior design roles, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and performance creative. Experience in both agency and in-house environments is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. You must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to edit video timelines, adjust typography, and resize display assets.
  • Digital Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, specifically programmatic display networks (DSPs), paid social media platforms, and video advertising.
  • Portfolio: A stellar portfolio demonstrating a strong aesthetic eye, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of creating high-performing digital marketing assets.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable creative optimizations.
  • Autonomy & Drive: Self-motivated and comfortable operating as a solo contributor. You thrive in environments where you have full ownership of the creative process from concept to final delivery.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
