Creative Strategist E-Commerce (Freelance)

We’re a fast-growing German supplement brand on a mission to shake up the industry – and we’re looking for a Creative Strategist / Creative Director to join us early on.

Here’s the deal:

We don’t care where you work, when you work, or what time you go to the gym or Pilates during the day. What we care about are results. Period.

What you’ll do

• Create scroll-stopping ad creatives for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
• Translate customer psychology into winning concepts (you know how people think, feel, and buy).
• Jump into video editing, image creation, and storytelling – whatever it takes to get attention and conversions.
• Collaborate closely with the founder (you’ll learn a LOT, fast).
• Help build and lead a high-performing creative team.
• Take ownership. Zero micromanagement here.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in e-commerce creative strategy (supplements a plus, but not required).
• A strong eye for design and storytelling.
• Solid hands-on skills with video editing and creative production.
• Someone who loves testing, iterating, and finding the “why” behind what works.
• Informed with new generative AI-powered tools
• A builder mindset: you want to grow with us, not just “do tasks.”
• Fluent English (German is a plus)
