Are you a creative and strategic social media pro with a passion for building engaging online communities? We’re looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join us on a part-time, contract basis!

💻 About the Role

You'll help shape our voice and grow our presence across key platforms. From crafting eye-catching posts to tracking what works, you’ll play a key role in telling our story and connecting with our audience.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Grow and manage our online community
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with our team to align social content with our brand and goals
• Suggest creative ideas and campaigns to boost engagement
• Use our newly upgraded automated content creation system

✨ What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English speaker, ideally based in Romania (but we’re open to outside of Romania as well)
• 2+ years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
• Familiarity with tools like LLMs, Canva, Buffer & Notion
• A passion for trends, creativity, and community building

⏱️ Time Commitment: ~5–10 hours/week
