We’re working with a luxury property company who are seeking a dynamic and adaptable professional to provide vital support to their founder and senior management team across administration, compliance, and marketing functions. You’ll be a trusted partner, an organisational master, and a key player in our client’s daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage calendars, inboxes, and client communications
- Coordinate with brokers and third-party suppliers
- Assist with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and documentation
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records
- Help create compelling brochures, and digital content
- Support social media scheduling, content planning, and performance tracking
- Other ad hoc duties as required
We are seeking an organised, detail-orientated multi-tasker with prior administrative experience. You will need to have worked in the property or real estate industry and have experience with AML checks. You should be tech savvy, familiar with Google Workspace, MS Office and social platforms.
This varied role offers a blend of strategic tasks and hands-on responsibilities in a flexible, remote-first setting. Our client offers a remote first environment, however candidates are required to be London based for occasional travel.
