The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day commercial operations of the business, including sales administration, and the successful delivery of Nordberg Medical’s events, training sessions, and driving our partner experiences with the localization of key marketing material. This dynamic position combines strong administrative and coordination skills with attention to detail and commercial mindset. The ideal candidate is organised, personable, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining curiosity when creating marketing materials. The role supports both sales and marketing teams by ensuring smooth operational processes, accurate reporting and effective coordination with clinics and partners. You will be responsible for managing administrative processes, coordinating logistics for events and meetings, liaising with suppliers and partners, and supporting the wider team in delivering exceptional experiences that reflect the Nordberg brand. Skills and requirementsKey Focus Areas
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, workshops, and partner training sessions.
- Manage all event logistics — including venue coordination, catering, materials, and delegate communication.
- Maintain accurate databases, records, and supplier information.
- Provide day-to-day sales administrative support to the management, sales, and marketing teams, including reporting, CRM updates, and order coordination
- Ensure all events and office operations reflect Nordberg’s brand values and high standards of excellence.
- Keep key marketing materials updated and ensure consistent distribution.
- Work closely with clinics to provide support, information, and content to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate lead tracking, customer records, sales activities and reporting.
- Support budget tracking for events, trainings, and marketing and sales activities, including supplier quotes and invoices.
- Coordinate content from clinics and internal teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality communication.
- Ensure all activities comply with branding, GDPR, and industry standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and processes, with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset that suits a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organisation.

- Experience in event coordination or office administration (ideally within a professional, healthcare, or aesthetics setting).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management tools or CRM systems.

- Strong service mindset and ability to build long-term relationships with clinics and partners.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, scale-up environment with shifting priorities.

Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a similar position (e.g., management support, marketing coordination, sales coordination).
- Experience working in an international corporate environment.
- Strong digital literacy and interest in innovation and modern tools.
- Fluency in Polish and professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
