Recruitment Marketing & Design Specialist

Looking for someone to create and design campaigns in Employer Branding and Recruiting Marketing in a fast paced environmentRecruitment Marketing

• Execute recruitment marketing content that effectively communicates brand promise.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to produce engaging content that showcases our culture, work, and people.
• Leverage various platforms, including social media, job boards, and digital marketing channels, to amplify our employer brand messaging.
• Conduct market research to understand candidate preferences and trends, using insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
• Manage and maintain a content calendar and social posting platform.
• Track and monitor recruitment marketing campaign results.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of related experience in talent brand marketing, CRM management, communications, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment marketing and CRM strategies.
• Understanding of graphic design and asset creation tools.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Creativity and passion for brand storytelling and candidate engagement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive strategies.
