We are now expanding our commercial team and recruiting remote telesales executives to help grow our national customer network.

The Role
This is a fully remote telesales role focused on customer acquisition and account development.
You will generate new customers and manage relationships using LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp communication, email follow-ups and phone calls.
Your objective is to introduce businesses to West-O Direct and convert them into active customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with potential customers on LinkedIn, Email, Instagram and warmed leads
• Prospect businesses across retail, wholesale, hospitality and vending sectors
• Conduct telesales calls to introduce West-O Direct
• Follow up leads through WhatsApp and email
• Send product lists and promotional offers
• Convert prospects into active wholesale customers
• Manage relationships and encourage repeat orders

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for young motivated individuals who:
• Are confident with telesales and outreach
• Use LinkedIn professionally and are comfortable in building a personal brand on Linkedin & Instagram
• Are organised with follow-ups and lead management
• Communicate confidently with business owners
• Are self-motivated and results driven
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset
Previous experience in sales, telesales, wholesale or FMCG is beneficial but not essential.
