About the job:
At Netrition, a customer's journey does not end at their first purchase. It is where our relationship begins. As our Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will be the architect of that journey. You will design and orchestrate automated marketing flows that turn first time buyers into lifelong advocates across our portfolio of health and wellness brands.
This is a strategic, hands-on role where you will own the entire customer lifecycle, from welcoming new customers and driving product adoption to nurturing loyalty and reducing churn. Your day to day will involve building and optimizing email, SMS, and in-app messaging campaigns that feel personal, timely, and deeply relevant. By helping our customers stay committed to their health goals, you will deepen their connection with our brands and maximize their lifetime value.
We are seeking a creative, data‑driven marketer who thrives on A/B testing, embraces experimentation, and knows that the best marketing feels natural and human. You will work closely with brand, product, and creative teams to deliver cohesive, cross‑channel experiences that fuel measurable growth across our keto, bariatric, and everyday wellness brands, empowering customers to stock their pantry with better choices.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end‑to‑end retention and lifecycle strategy to increase loyalty, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value (CLV) across Direct-to-Consumer channels.
- Utilize customer insights and data to craft segmentation strategies that deliver personalized retention campaigns based on behaviors, preferences, and purchase history.
- Use customer data to build segmentation strategies and personalized campaigns across email, SMS, and in‑app messaging.
- Identify and activate opportunities within existing subscription and loyalty programs through lifecycle messaging, testing, and customer journey optimization.
- Partner with the Sr. Brand Manager and VP of Marketing to develop comprehensive retention programs.
- Leverage analytics to identify churn risks and deploy proactive campaigns, such as win-back offers and re-engagement messaging, to retain at-risk customers.
- Design automated workflows and optimize the customer journey from onboarding through renewal.
- Analyze performance data and customer feedback to continuously test, iterate, and pivot strategy.
- Pivot strategy based on performance data and market feedback to optimize campaign effectiveness continuously.
- Accountable for the following KPIs: Gross Sales, Net Sales, Churn Rate, LTV, Customer Retention Rate, Repeat Purchase Rate & Subscription Revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of hands‑on lifecycle marketing experience for Direct‑to‑Consumer brands. Agency experience managing DTC client portfolios is an absolute must.
- Proven portfolio of results from building and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs (email, SMS, push).
- Expertise with marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive) and subscription platforms (e.g., Recharge).
- Experience with Loyalty & Review platforms (e.g., Rivo, Junip) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and growth.
- A creative, customer-centric mindset with a passion for health and wellness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategies to senior leadership.
- Prior experience with project management platforms (such as ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
- Ability to prioritize, pivot, and perform in a fast‑paced environment.
