Role OverviewAscendPoint Agency is seeking a Media Analytics & Performance Manager to lead performance tracking, reporting, and insights across our healthcare client portfolio. This role is critical to how we measure success, communicate value to clients, and continuously optimize SEO, PPC, and lead generation efforts.

You will own the analytics ecosystem across multiple platforms, transform complex datasets into clear, client-friendly insights, and proactively surface opportunities to improve marketing performance. This is both a strategic and hands-on role—ideal for a self-starter who thrives on problem-solving, pattern recognition, and accountability.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalytics & Performance Leadership

  • Own end-to-end performance tracking across SEO, PPC, and lead generation campaigns for healthcare clients (dentistry, medical, medspa, and related verticals).
  • Define, maintain, and continuously improve KPI frameworks aligned with client goals (leads, calls, revenue impact, growth).
  • Ensure accurate attribution and data integrity across all marketing channels and tracking systems.

Platforms & Data Management

  • Manage and interpret data from multiple systems, including but not limited to:
  • WhatConverts
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
  • Ahrefs
  • Local Falcon
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues, attribution gaps, and data discrepancies across platforms.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure proper tagging, conversion tracking, and integrations are in place.

Reporting & Client Communication

  • Create clear, consolidated, client-facing performance reports that translate data into meaningful insights—not just metrics.
  • Develop reporting narratives that explain what happened, why it happened, and what we’re doing next.
  • Present performance insights internally and support account leads in client reviews and strategic discussions.
  • Continuously refine reporting templates to improve clarity, consistency, and perceived client value.

Optimization & Insights

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities within performance data.
  • Proactively recommend optimizations to SEO, PPC, and lead generation strategies based on insights.
  • Support testing frameworks (A/B testing, landing page performance, keyword strategy shifts, budget allocation).
  • Help forecast performance and evaluate the impact of strategic changes over time.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with SEO, Paid Media, Strategy, and Account teams to align performance insights with execution.
  • Act as the go-to internal expert on performance measurement and analytics best practices.
  • Educate internal teams on how to interpret and use data more effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or growth-focused roles (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Deep hands-on expertise with:
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Search Console
  • Call tracking & attribution platforms (WhatConverts or similar)
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, Local Falcon, or equivalents)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and lead generation performance metrics and attribution models.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex datasets into simple, actionable insights.
  • Experience creating executive- and client-ready reports and dashboards.

  • Experience building automated dashboards (Looker Studio or similar).
