We're bitesoft. We're rebuilding orthodontic care from the ground up.
Specialist-led. Tech-enabled. Designed to fit into real life without the runaround. We've built a system that combines real orthodontist oversight with smart monitoring and fewer appointments so people can straighten their teeth without turning it into a second job.
Now we're building something bigger and we need someone who can scale what we're creating.
We're looking for a performance marketer who knows how to take a credible system and turn it into predictable growth. Someone who understands funnels, CAC, LTV, and creative testing—but also gets that trust and clarity drive conversion more than hype ever will.
This isn't about flashy campaigns or before-and-after theatrics. It's about building a sustainable growth engine for a brand that's rewriting the rules in a category that badly needs it.
The role
You'll own paid acquisition end-to-end. This means building, testing, and scaling the channels that drive qualified patient leads.
You'll collaborate with our marketing and creative team on messaging and assets, but paid acquisition is yours to own completely. Full autonomy. Direct founder access. Fast decisions.
What you'll own
Paid channel strategy and execution
Meta/Facebook & Instagram:
- Build and scale paid social campaigns
- Test creative (video, static, UGC, carousel)
- Optimise audiences, targeting, and bidding
- Daily optimisation and budget allocation
Google Ads:
- Search campaigns (high-intent keywords)
- Display and remarketing
- YouTube advertising
- Performance Max campaigns
TikTok Ads:
- Test and scale TikTok paid advertising
- Adapt organic content for ads
- Build creative testing framework
Emerging Channels:
- Evaluate new platforms (Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, programmatic)
- Test fast, scale what works, kill what doesn't
- Build playbooks for successful channels
_Creative and optimisation_Creative Strategy:
- Brief creative and marketing team based on performance data
- Test messaging variations across channels
- Leverage organic content for paid campaigns
- Identify what's working and iterate fast
Landing Page Optimisation:
- Run A/B tests on landing pages
- Optimise forms, messaging, CTAs
- Ensure message match between ads and pages
_Data tracking and reporting_Conversion Tracking:
- Set up and maintain tracking across all platforms
- Knowledgable with server-side tracking where needed (CAPI, enhanced conversions)
- Build attribution models
- Troubleshoot tracking issues
Analytics & Reporting:
- Build dashboards tracking full funnel (ad spend → leads → bookings → patients)
- Report on CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates by channel
- Frequent performance updates to founders with insights
- Data-backed budget allocation decisions
Strategic growth work
- Decide which channels to invest in based on performance
- Build testing frameworks for new channels and creative
- Document what works in playbooks
- Help shape go-to-market as we expand into new markets
- Ensure marketing reflects the integrity of our system
What success looks like
You're winning when:
- CAC decreasing consistently across channels
- 3-5 channels working profitably
- Budget scaling based on data, not gut feel
- New channels tested systematically
- Patient lead flow predictable and growing
- You know exactly what works, why it works, and how to scale it
What we're afterExperience & Skills:
- 3-5+ years in performance marketing (health, wellness, or considered-purchase categories ideal)
- Deep fluency in Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok
- Experience with other platforms (Pinterest, Reddit, Spotify)
- Proven track record reducing CAC and improving ROAS
Data & Analytics:
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, analytics
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixel implementation
- Can troubleshoot tracking independently
- Understand server-side tracking and other data tools/ platforms for growth
Strategic Thinking:
- Healthy skepticism of vanity metrics you care about CAC, LTV, payback periods, unit economics
- Test channels quickly, decide to scale or kill based on data
- Build frameworks and playbooks, not just run campaigns
- Understand healthcare marketing requires nuance, not just scale
Working Style:
- Self-directed don't need hand-holding
- Comfortable in fast-moving, lean team
- Collaborative with creative and content teams
- Bias toward action and testing
- Care about growing something that matters
