Role Description
Navigo Marketing is seeking an experienced Account / Brand Manager to lead client strategy and execution across Amazon and key retail channels. This is a full-time, remote position.
This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in account management, marketplace management, or brand strategy who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
The Account / Brand Manager will:
- Own client relationships and serve as the primary strategic point of contact
- Lead Amazon-focused growth strategy including marketplace optimization and retail media performance
- Develop and execute brand growth plans aligned with revenue targets
- Oversee product launches, promotional calendars, and retail campaigns
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally across media, content, and operations teams
- Ensure deadlines, KPIs, and client expectations are consistently met
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The right candidate is comfortable owning performance outcomes and proactively identifying growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Brand Management, or Marketplace Management
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central required)
- Experience with Retail Media strategy and performance analysis
- Ability to interpret data, build reports, and communicate performance insights clearly to clients
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently
Preferred:
- Experience within beauty, wellness, or CPG categories
- Familiarity with Ulta, Sephora, or omnichannel retail strategy
- Agency experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
