The brand is growing dynamically which is why we are expanding our marketing team to further strengthen our content and performance efforts. We’re looking for someone to join our current team and, together with us, take the brand’s communication to the next level.

What will you do?

  • Co-create and develop the content strategy for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Create content: ideas for posts, reels, and stories.
  • Monitor social media trends and translate them into brand actions.
  • Create video content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) — from idea, to script and recording, all the way to editing.
  • Record short videos for social media.
  • Support performance campaigns (Meta Ads).
  • Analyze campaign results (ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversions) and recommend next steps.
  • Coordinate collaborations with influencers (ongoing communication, scripts, contracts).

What do we expect?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Experience with similar brands (e-commerce, lifestyle, digital brands, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling and creating compelling hooks.
  • Ability to analyze data and work with KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversions, attribution).
  • Ability to create clear reports and a data-driven approach — making decisions based on numbers.
  • Independence and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organization and ability to deliver on time.
  • Native Polish speaker

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of paid campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads).
  • Spanish language skills.
