Naari Samata is on the lookout for a Social Media Manager to amplify our voice and elevate our mission. We’re a charity championing gender equality and education for women and children, and we need your creativity to make our story soar across social platforms.

🎯What You’ll Do

As our Social Media Sorcerer, you’ll conjure engaging, impactful content and help us build a loyal community online. Here’s a sneak peek at your day-to-day:

• 🗓️ Campaign Management: Plan and execute social campaigns aligned with key events (think Women’s Day, London Marathon, and grassroots initiatives).
• 📈 Community Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions; keep the conversation going and growing.
• 🤝 Collaborations: Work with our team and partners to feature real stories from the ground.
• 📊 Analytics & Insights: Track performance metrics and tweak strategies to keep our content fresh and impactful.
• 🌈 Brand Voice Guardian: Maintain a consistent tone that’s authentic, inclusive, and aligned with Naari Samata’s mission.
• 🎨 Content Creation & Curation: Develop and schedule creative, vibrant posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.

🌟Who You Are

• You’ve managed professional social media accounts before and understand what it takes to build an audience.
• You’re comfortable with Canva, scheduling on Meta, Linkeding and using tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), and basic analytics.
• You’re a storyteller at heart, with a knack for visuals and copy that inspire.
• You’re organized, proactive, and can juggle deadlines with a smile.
• You’re passionate about social causes, especially those empowering women and children.
