What we’re looking for
We’re looking for that someone who is uniquely amazing at what they do, enjoys working with cool, smart people and is looking to join our team on a part or full-time gig.
While we get to know each other and learn where we can crank, stretch and best innovate, the core focus will be a number of different performance marketing and digital advertising projects for our most-valued clients. This will range from straight-up campaign pacing and optimisation, through to reporting and client meetings. You'll need to handle task prioritisation conflicts on the fly and display outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
This role is well-suited to someone who loves crushing their to-do list, and as part of our recruitment process, we’ll use a psychometric assessment tool that highlights these preferences in your working style.

Your experience:
- Degree or certificate in business admin, marketing, statistics, etc.
- At least one year experience working in PPC, ideally in an agency setting
- PPC campaign management experience in both Google & Meta Ads

- Well organised with proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
- Ability to flex, adapt quickly and react positively to changing business needs
- An eye for detail and excellent documentation habits
- Can operate independently and within a team
- Communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs and share considerations

About the role
- 4-5 days per week permanent part or full-time
- Flexible working hours within 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Remuneration
$30 - $35 per hour

Role outline
The Paid Media Executive’s role is to support implementing Paid Media deliverables that will improve client performance, and to support Managers via collecting data to support detailed reporting.
Objectives
The key objectives of the Paid Media Executive is to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of strategy.
- Support client communication that explains complex principles into simple language.
- Efficient implementation and administration of Paid Media activities.
Core responsibilitiesAccount Management and planning
You will be Involved in the planning, development and implementation of Paid Media strategies, specifically;
- Accountable for maintaining Quality Assurance processes and maintaining our minimum Service Level Agreements.
- Responsible for creating monthly reports and managing performance dashboards to acquaint clients with the progress of their digital campaigns.
- Responsible for analysing points of conversion and monitoring website metrics such as traffic from search engines as well as traffic on the clients’ websites.
- Responsible for detailed keyword research and granular account builds to best support client growth
- Carry out campaign management duties, such as building upcoming/new campaigns within each ad platform
- Staying abreast of the latest digital media trends, including changes and updates in Google algorithms, to ensure maximum efficacy of your clients’ online marketing campaigns.

- Successfully improving the performance of our client’s paid traffic channel through improved account efficiency and conversion rate.
- Healthy, partner-style client relationships that expand their retainer over time
- Efficient delivery of all projects and retainers within the available hours
Desired qualifications, skills and experience
- 1+ year of experience as a Paid Media Executive/Assistant or similar role
- Thorough experience with media publishers; Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analysing data
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on our clients’ success
