About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and creative Personal Brand Manager to elevate the personal brand of Michael Di Luca, an award-winning entrepreneur and recognized thought leader in the superyacht and ultra-luxury lifestyle space. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in influencer marketing, personal brand development, and luxury marketing.

As Michael’s Personal Brand Manager, you will craft and execute a comprehensive strategy to amplify his visibility, authority, and influence across social media, media, and high-net-worth networks, positioning him as a leading voice in ultra-luxury lifestyle and entrepreneurship.

About Michael Di Luca:

Michael is a renowned entrepreneur in the superyacht sector, featured in publications such as Superyacht Times. He is recognized globally for his expertise, innovation, and influence within luxury markets including the Superyacht sector, and he already has curated hundreds of thousands of social media followers across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a personal brand strategy that reflects Michael’s expertise/interests and positions him as a thought leader in ultra-luxury lifestyle and yachting.

Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, with a focus on high engagement and luxury audience targeting.

Identify and secure partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships with luxury brands.

Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce premium, on-brand content.

Leverage media and PR opportunities to enhance visibility in top-tier luxury publications and platforms.

Track, analyse, and report on growth, engagement, and brand performance metrics.

Act as a strategic advisor on trends, opportunities, and positioning in the ultra-luxury sector.

The ability to travel on occasion, where necessary. 

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience managing personal brands or influencers in the luxury, lifestyle, or high-profile sectors.

Strong understanding of luxury marketing, influencer collaborations, and social media monetization.

Exceptional content strategy, storytelling, and editorial judgment.

Track record of negotiating and executing brand partnerships at a premium/luxury level.

Exceptional network within luxury, media, and influencer spaces is a plus.

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and discretion.
