Position Summary

  • A dynamic Social Media & Content Manager to oversee the planning, organisation, and growth of our digital marketing channels. You’ll manage content planning and execution across a wide variety of digital platforms, working closely with our wider marketing team.
  • This role is perfect for someone with a love of social media and the modern parenting space. It offers flexibility to work from home and the chance to be at the forefront of digital growth in an expanding, female-founded FMCG business.
  • The ideal candidate is organised, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about managing meaningful content that connects with our growing community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and and manage the monthly social media calendar in conjunction with the mumamoo founder/marketing team
  • Oversee and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms).
  • Work with freelancers and internal stakeholders to develop digital assets (ads, videos, creative etc).
  • Familiarity with analytics and social scheduling tools to continually optimise results. Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging platforms and competitor activity.
  • Assist in the development of digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media and website.
  • Support the management of influencer and UGC content pipelines.
  • Work with the paid media team with a view to grow ecommerce channels.
  • Assist in other areas of marketing -  EDM, events, photos shoots and other activations

Key Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years experience in a digital marketing role or similar.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, especially content creation, management and planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities. Ability to self-manage
  • Design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva, Capcut and other editing tools
  • Experience with eCommerce brands, Klaviyo, Shopify, SMS Bump, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, SEO is highly regarded.
