Marketing Manager

Motion Recruitment is currently hiring for a Marketing Manager IV (Remote | 12-Month Contract)

We're partnering with a leading technology company that is looking for a strategic Marketing Manager IV to help drive customer growth, engagement, and retention.

In this role, you'll develop growth strategies, analyze customer insights and market trends, identify opportunities for customer acquisition and retention, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and Marketing teams to bring initiatives to life.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, or Management Consulting
• Experience driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams
• Ability to leverage customer insights and competitive analysis to drive business decisions
