Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading marketing automation platform, is actively hiring a remote Marketing and Communications Manager to join their team. This role will be remote but must support ETS business hours.*This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing their learning community, which includes moderating discussions, onboarding new members, and fostering a positive as well as engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end process of developing and sending email communications for their learning community using Eloqua
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote new courses, certifications, and learning events to their community
• Analyze email and community engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies
• Work closely with the instructional design, program management, and product teams to align communication efforts with key initiatives and product launchesSkills:

• 2-3 years of experience
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Eloqua)
• Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), including segment.com
