Visual Designer

Role Description

A Visual Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for digital and print media. This role focuses on communicating ideas, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring that all visual content aligns with the brand’s identity and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing graphics, layouts, and visual elements for websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, and print materials
• Collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design requirements
• Creating brand-consistent visual assets that communicate messages effectively
• Developing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for digital platforms
• Incorporating feedback and iterating designs to meet project goals
• Maintaining and updating brand guidelines and visual standards
• Staying updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Ensuring designs are optimized for various platforms and devices
• Managing multiple design projects while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skills
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in digital design, web design, or UI/UX design is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus
