Category Manager (Loyalty, Rewards & Lifecycle Marketing)Location: 100% Remote (US)

Engagement Status: Freelance position with ASAP start for 12 months

Overview

We are partnered with a global pharma organisation supporting an innovative, consumer‑focused programme within a regulated environment. This role is responsible for developing and optimising loyalty, rewards, and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value across digital and in‑centre experiences. You will work cross‑functionally to translate strategy into scalable, compliant execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support loyalty and rewards strategy, including tiers, benefits, and incentives
  • Define lifecycle strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, reactivation, and retention
  • Partner with Pricing & Strategy to align incentives with commercial goals
  • Collaborate with CRM, Brand, Digital Product, Analytics, and Operations teams
  • Guide CRM activation teams and support test‑and‑learn initiatives
  • Track performance and present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years’ experience in loyalty marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer engagement
  • Experience supporting or managing loyalty and rewards programmes
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
  • Data‑driven approach to strategy and optimisation
  • Experience in regulated, high‑consideration, or trust‑based environments preferred
