Infident is a fast-growing healthcare technology and digital growth company building AI-powered solutions, marketing systems, and growth infrastructure for dental and healthcare practices across the United States.
We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Head of Growth & Marketing who can both lead and execute.
This is NOT a “manager-only” position.
You will be expected to think strategically while also being deeply involved in the day-to-day marketing execution.
You should be comfortable:
✅ Leading marketing strategy
✅ Managing team members and contractors
✅ Working directly on campaigns and funnels
✅ Optimizing websites and conversions
✅ Handling SEO, paid ads, content, email, and automation
✅ Using AI tools and growth systems daily
This role is ideal for someone with strong agency, SaaS, startup, or performance marketing experience who enjoys building systems and driving measurable business growth.
🔹 Responsibilities
• Lead and execute overall marketing and growth strategy
• Manage and supervise marketing team members and external specialists
• Oversee and improve SEO, paid ads, social media, email marketing, and outbound campaigns
• Improve website positioning, messaging, and conversion rates
• Build and optimize lead generation funnels
• Analyze KPIs, campaign performance, CAC, pipeline, and ROI
• Implement AI tools, automations, and growth systems
• Work closely with leadership and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
• Participate directly in campaign setup, optimization, testing, and reporting
• Build scalable marketing processes and reporting systems
🔹 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and growth funnels
• Experience managing and executing:
- SEO
- Google Ads / Meta Ads
- LinkedIn campaigns
- Email marketing & automations
- Conversion optimization
- • Strong understanding of analytics and attribution
- • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, automation tools, etc.
- • Strong English communication skills
- • Experience working with U.S.-based companies preferred
- • Agency or SaaS experience is highly preferred🔹 Important
• This role follows U.S. Pacific Time working hours and is NOT flexible
• This is a highly accountable and execution-focused role
• You must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
