Job Description:

Support the execution of global integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating communication efforts across digital channels and internal stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing communication activities using team activity trackers
• Collect, categorize, and input marketing requests into Workfront
• Support execution of marketing initiatives including email, web, and surveys
• Prepare metric-driven presentations using consistent templates
• Coordinate webinar workflows including invites, execution, and CRM data entry
• Monitor and report campaign metrics; deliver actionable insights for improvement

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years in communications, marketing, brand management, or agency roles
• Strong digital marketing experience with KPI reporting
• Proficiency in Workfront or similar project management tools
• Client service mindset with proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Marketing agency experience
• Experience with Go-to-Meeting and CRM tools
• Familiarity with life sciences, biotech, pharma, or advanced technology sectors
