- $90K-$100K+Super neg as a base + comms of $30K (OTE $130K)

About the role:
- As a Happy HR platform subject matter expert, this position is responsible for successfully demonstrating the Happy HR software to potential clients and turning them into new happy subscribers!
- You will receive full training and education on our products and services.
- You will also conduct some account management activities to ensure that our other products are understood by our subscribers.
- You will liaise between subscribers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our subscribers needs.
- Warm leads are provided via our marketing team, so No cold calling is required!
General Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Demonstrating, educating and closing clients and partners on the software and HR services via webinar (Zoom).
- Building trust and always behaving with integrity.
- Account management and up selling.
- Ability to solution sell to small and large clients.
- Working closely with management team to deliver sales targets and revenue.
- Ensuring that all activity levels required to deliver performance indicators are met.
- Preparing client emails.
- Follow up with client issues as they arise.
About you:
If you have a passion for tech and want to work with a variety of clients using a SaaS product that solves peoples HR problems and anxiety, then is the role is for you.
You will be a solution-based salesperson who can work autonomously to achieve results.
You will be a team player and will be a positive person who will contribute to our awesome culture.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with your clients and fellow employees are essential attributes if you are to be successful in this role.
You must have the ability to up and cross sell to new and existing products to clients.
Key requirements:
- 2+ years of selling B2B in a SaaS, Web, Digital Marketing, Finance, Payroll, Recruitment or do also welcome candidates from real estate or other.
- Are productive and efficient in your sales planning.
- Proven experience in effectively being able to present to business owners or managers - We do this via webinar (zoom).
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence sales.
- Capable of preparing client emails to a professional standard.
- Able to use a CRM successfully (We use Agile CRM).
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Persistent approach to time management
- High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and resourcefulness.
- Excellent planning, organisation and computer skills.
- High degree of accountability and attention to detail.
- Flexible and open to change.
