We're looking for a hands-on Communications & Social Media Coordinator to drive engaging campaigns and digital communications across the Americas. This is a fast-moving role for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life, creating content, managing social channels, coordinating launches, and keeping multiple projects moving at pace.

What you'll be doing:
🚀 Drive launches & campaigns
Lead communications for product launches and brand campaigns across the Americas, coordinating with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
📱 Own social media execution
Write, schedule and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X, while monitoring engagement and maintaining a strong, consistent brand voice.
🌎 Turn global stories into local impact
Adapt campaigns and content so they feel authentic and relevant in different markets — particularly within Brazil and the US, where cultural understanding will be critical.
💬 Create content that connects
Develop compelling social posts, newsletters and launch communications for both B2B and B2C audiences.
🎯 Keep projects moving
Manage multiple deadlines, approvals and workflows while collaborating with regional and global teams.
What we're looking for:
✔ Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
✔ Hands-on social media management experience
✔ Experience using scheduling and analytics tools
✔ Strong organisation and project coordination skills
✔ Ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders
✔ A collaborative approach with global teams
✔ Fluent English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese (French is a bonus)
✔ Strong awareness of regional and cultural differences across markets
