Digital Marketing Lead - Join us at Miss Amara! We are looking for a self-driven Digital Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team on a 12-month maternity leave cover. This is a full-time remote role. About Us Miss Amara was founded with one mission - to create the best possible experience for people shopping for rugs online. Miss Amara is made up of a team that is (crazy) passionate about what they do, and strives to create a team culture that is vibrant, dynamic, and supportive. We are shaking up the homewares industry with innovative technology that removes the biggest pain points in buying a rug - offering free returns, free styling advice, and industry-first augmented and virtual reality tools to ensure our customer selects the perfect rug. Our approach is a complete game-changer for how customers shop for rugs. The role Miss Amara is seeking a self-motivated Digital Marketing Lead to step into our Marketing team on a 12-month maternity leave cover. This is a hands-on, results-focused role with real ownership over driving e-commerce growth. You’ll play a central role in our marketing engine, leading paid media performance, ecommerce analytics, and multi-channel campaign execution across our websites. What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and optimise Google Ads and YouTube performance, working closely with our agency to manage budgets, analyse results, and improve ROAS
  • Own ecommerce performance reporting across four DTC websites, using GA4 and other analytics tools to clearly communicate results to leadership
  • Act as a social media marketing lead, guiding our media buyer through reporting, optimisation, and experimentation (Meta-focused)
  • Plan and execute high-impact digital campaigns across channels — brand moments, seasonal launches, and sale events
  • Account-manage and optimise digital channels and third-party marketing tech to improve ROI
  • Build, manage, and mature our SEO program, from strategy to execution
  • Deliver clear weekly and monthly marketing reports
  • Research and test new digital channels, tools, and growth opportunities
  • Stay on top of digital marketing and ecommerce trends
  • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing and content team
  • Jump in on ad hoc marketing initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience in an ecommerce environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Advertising
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce analytics (GA4 is a must)
  • Comfortable working with Shopify, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Search Console
  • Confident communicator who can clearly explain performance, insights, and recommendations
  • Curious, proactive, and not afraid to test, learn, and iterate
  • Passionate about digital marketing , you genuinely enjoy being on the tools
