We are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a broad role with real ownership, covering HubSpot and marketing automation, partner co-marketing, digital campaigns, exhibition management, and website development. The expectation is that this person will turn marketing into a genuine revenue contributor and lead the function forward.

Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesHubSpot and Marketing Automation

• Take ownership of Mirada's HubSpot instance, driving adoption and building it into the central engine of our marketing activity

• Build and manage lead nurture workflows, contact segmentation, campaign tracking, and pipeline reporting within HubSpot

• Develop and execute direct email marketing campaigns to prospects, KOLs, and partner contacts

• Create dashboards and reports that clearly demonstrate marketing's contribution to revenue pipeline

• Work closely with the commercial team to ensure alignment between marketing activity and sales conversion

Partner Co-Marketing

• Develop and execute co-marketing programmes with Mirada's commercial partners including Canon Medical, Philips, TeraRecon, Optum, and Boston Scientific

• Build joint campaign assets aligned to partner brand guidelines and shared commercial objectives

• Drive sales-focused engagement with partner organisations, expanding contacts and deepening relationships to increase Mirada's embedded presence

• Coordinate sales enablement and product training with and for partners

• Ensure Mirada product messaging is accurately represented in all partner-facing materials

Digital Marketing and Campaigns

• Plan and execute paid and organic LinkedIn campaigns targeting nuclear medicine physicians, radiologists, oncologists, and procurement stakeholders

• Develop audience-segmented content strategies, manage campaign budgets, and report on performance against agreed KPIs

• Produce or commission marketing content including case studies, product sheets, application guides, and social media assets

Exhibition and Conference Management

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of Mirada's presence at key congresses including SNMMI, ASTRO, RSNA, EANM, CIRSE, and WMIS

• Manage all logistics from stand booking and design through to freight, staffing, on-site coordination, and post-event debrief

• Work with the commercial and BD teams to develop congress strategies and pre-show outreach to maximise return on investment

• Track exhibition spend against budget and report outcomes to senior stakeholders

Website and Brand

• Lead or contribute significantly to a refresh of the Mirada Medical website, ensuring it reflects the current product portfolio and brand identity

• Own day-to-day content updates, SEO, and web analytics monitoring

• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints in line with Mirada's visual identity guidelines

• Manage website enquiries and route qualified leads to the commercial team

Market Intelligence and Reporting

• Perform market research including monitoring trends and analysing competitor products, services, and activities

• Consistently gather and communicate the voice of customer and competitive intelligence to the wider organisation

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for senior leadership

Compliance and Governance

• Comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS)

• Report Non-Conformances, Reportable Events, and Information Security Incidents

• Adhere to the company's policies on bribery and corruption at all times

• Such other duties as may reasonably be required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEEssential Skills

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years B2B marketing experience with campaign ownership
  • HubSpot (hands-on, platform ownership level)
  • Partner or channel co-marketing in an indirect sales business
  • LinkedIn campaign management, paid and organic
  • Exhibition and conference logistics management
  • Commercially minded with a demonstrable track record of linking marketing activity to revenue
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  • Able to produce clear, compelling content for technical and clinical audiences
  • Self-starter who operates effectively with autonomy
  • Able to manage budgets and report on spend against outcomes

Advantageous Skills

  • Formal marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent) desired but not required
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or life sciences
  • Familiarity with theranostics, nuclear medicine, or oncology
  • Website refresh or redevelopment experience
  • Understanding of international market nuances, particularly North America and Europe
